Free
shipping on all orders totaling over $199.00 that are shipped at one time and
within the continental US to each address. All international destinations as
well as Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this offer. All orders totaling
$99.00 or below will be charged per pound. All orders $100 to $149 will receive
a 33% shipping discount and all orders $150 to $199 will receive a 66% shipping
discount. Any orders under $30.00 will also be charged a $5.00 handling fee.
Orders
will be shipped by USPS, UPS Ground or Fed Ex unless we are requested to ship by
some other means (any additional costs will be charged to the buyer). We strive
to ship our orders within 72 hours from when the order was received. All orders
will ship within 7 business days, except for orders paid by check or electronic
check which will be shipped upon clearance of the check, or the customer will be
notified. Next Day and Second Day Air are available at an additional cost. All
Post Office Box addresses will be charged an additional $5.00 for handling.
If
we receive an incorrect address and the item is returned, the customer will be
responsible to pay the shipping cost to re-ship the item. If the item is
delivered and we are charged an additional charge by UPS to correct the address,
the $5.00 charge will be billed to the customer.
All
orders paid by money order, check or electronic check will be held for up to 14
days or until it clears before the order is shipped.
All
international orders as well as orders to Alaska and Hawaii will need to contact
us via e-mail with the items they wish to order (please include SKU numbers and
item names) so we may get a shipping quote. International orders will be sent
via the U.S. Postal Service because of their lower shipping rates, and will be
shipped/charged for Global Express Shipping which includes insurance and a
tracking number. All Import Fees and Duty Taxes are the responsibility of the
receiver.

Layaway Policy
All orders using our Layaway program will select Check or Purchase Order
during the checkout process and type Layaway in the box instead of a check or
money order number. The layaway program guidelines are as follows;
- Only checks and/or money orders will be accepted for layaway purchases.
- Layaway term is 6 months. All orders must be paid in full within 6 months of
initial order.
- An initial minimum payment of 25% of the total order needs to be sent to and
received by us within 14 days of the order date.
- The remainder of the order cost will be split into 5 installments with one
due each month and the last one being no later than 6 months from the order
date. (Larger payments, multiple payments in a month and early payoff are of
course accepted)
- An email will be sent once the order has been received giving the initial
payment amount and installment amounts with due dates.
- If an installment payment has not been received or order is not paid in
full within 1 week of the emailed due dates, a reminder email will be sent.
After 2 weeks overdue, the order will be cancelled and money refunded.

Return Policy
Return of unwanted products must be completed within 14 days of
purchase, and must be returned in the original box complete with wrappings,
labels and instructions etc, in a re-saleable condition at the purchasers
expense. Contact us by e-mail or phone for a return authorization number which
must be given and clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box or the
package will promptly be returned to you. All other monies will be refunded at
our earliest convenience minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges once
the unwanted items have been received. The item must be shipped to Dolls
Realistic as trackable and insured packages. Collector dolls are sold sealed in
the box as they come from the Lee Middleton factory, Our desire is to give you
the best service possible. We ask that you be fair to us, also, and not order a
doll unless you are sure you want it. We consider each customer special, and it

Backorder Policy
If an item is placed on backorder, we will notify you by e-mail
as to the date the company expects that it will be shipped.

Damaged Goods Policy
Damaged/Defective items: If you receive your order and find an
item is factory damaged or defective, PLEASE CONTACT US by e-mail or phone
immediately with the damage or defect description. We will arrange to have the
item picked up OR send you a return label for it. You have 7-days to contact us
about a damaged or defective item. Note: PLEASE REFRAIN FROM MAILING THE ITEM
BACK TO US ON YOUR OWN, as the postage will not be refunded to you.
